Terms of Service | Ad2Place Digital

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website ad2place-digital.net and the digital marketing services offered by Ad2Place Digital. By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services

Ad2Place Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, SEM (Google Ads), web design and development, social media management, and content marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each service engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement between Ad2Place Digital and the client.

3. Contracts and Billing

Service contracts have a recommended minimum duration of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed. There are no cancellation penalties. Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 15 calendar days of issue. Prices shown on the website do not include VAT (21%).

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts, materials, and information required for the delivery of services. The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information and materials provided to Ad2Place Digital.

5. Intellectual Property

All original work produced by Ad2Place Digital for the client, once fully paid, becomes the property of the client. Ad2Place Digital reserves the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ad2Place Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
